Community Relations Specialist - Full Time

Princeton Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time motivated, relationship-driven Community Relations Specialist to help strengthen our connections with employers, community partners,  and the neighborhoods we serve. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building partnerships, representing an organization in the community, and supporting initiatives that promote financial inclusion.
 

In this role, the ideal candidate will function to support and grow our Select Employer Group (SEG) program through outreach, relationship management, and reporting while building and maintaining partnerships with local employers, nonprofits, and community organizations.The position will coordinate and represent PFCU at community and employer events, assist with outreach communications, social media support, and event logistics. Further duties involve tracking and reporting on community relations and outreach activity. 

 
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred or equivalent experience with 2–4 years of experience in community outreach, marketing, or relationship management. Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook). Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events.

Must have the ability to learn our products and procedures thoroughly and quickly. We would love to meet you if you are outgoing and truly love working in a team environment.

This is an hourly paid position with an annualized compensation range between $50,000 to $65,000, subject to experience and to the qualifications of the candidate.
