NJCFW 2026 Student Volunteer Program

The NJ Conference For Women, a program of the Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce Women in Business Alliance, is the largest one-day gathering of professional women in the State of New Jersey. Now in its 14^th year, the Conference brings together nearly 700 dynamic business leaders from a variety of business sectors for a day of learning, networking, inspiration and growth.

This year, the NJ Conference For Women will be held on Friday, October 23rd, at the Hyatt Regency Princeton from 7:30am - 3:30pm.

As we look to connect today’s leaders with the next generation, the NJ Conference for Women is proud to continue its Student Volunteer Program for another year. Designed for college students, the program offers a behind-the-scenes look at one of New Jersey’s largest professional gatherings and provides hands-on experience and the opportunity to experience the Conference alongside hundreds of accomplished business leaders.

Applications must be submitted no later than Monday, September 21st. Selected Student Volunteers will be notified on or before Friday, October 2nd.
