NJCFW 2025 Student Volunteer Program

The NJ Conference for Women, a program of the Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce Women in Business Alliance, is the largest one-day gathering of professional women in the State of New Jersey. Now in its 13th year, the Conference brings together nearly 700 dynamic business leaders from a variety of business sectors for a day of learning, networking, inspiration and growth.


This year, the NJ Conference for Women will be held on Friday, October 3rd, at the Hyatt Regency Princeton from 7:30am - 4:00pm.


In an effort to expand the mission of the Conference and reach our community’s next generation of female business leaders, the NJCFW is proud to announce our Student Volunteer Program. Through this program, college students will have the opportunity to experience the NJ Conference for Women, spend a day networking with our region’s business leaders, and gain valuable volunteer experience.

Applications must be submitted no later than Friday, September 5th. Selected Student Volunteers will be notified on or before Friday, September 12th.
